It's the ideal qualification if you want to take your first step into university, upskill in your career or learn about something you're passionate about. You can choose to study anything from agriculture to business. Education to health. Psychology to IT.
You complete four subjects. These give you foundational knowledge in your area of interest. You can study your undergraduate certificate online. Some courses also have an on-campus component where you get practical experience with the same equipment used in the workplace. Study full-time over 14 weeks or part-time for six months.
When you graduate with an undergraduate certificate, you can apply to study a related bachelor's degree. You'll receive credit for the subjects you completed in your certificate. That means you can graduate from your bachelor's sooner.
