It's been a while since I studied. Is there help to get me started?
Yes! Get access to free study support and skill-building resources – including how to write essays and referenced – as part of your enrolment. You can even book an appointment to get personalised support or try a free Study Link short course.
How will I fit study in? And how many hours will I need to do each week?
Fitting online study into your life is easy with our support. You can choose to study full-time (usually 3-4 subjects per session) or part-time (1–2 subjects per session).
What if something unexpected comes up while I'm studying?
Life happens! If your studies are disrupted by illness or other serious circumstances, you can apply for special consideration for your subjects.
Sometimes I get overwhelmed. Is there somewhere I can go to get things off my chest?
Your wellbeing is a top priority and personal support is available. As a Charles Sturt student, you can access our qualified and approachable social workers and psychologists. You can also request an appointment through our counselling service.
Will I have to come on campus as part of my course?
Depending on your course and subject selection, you may need to attend one or more intensive schools. You'll get plenty of notice to help you plan ahead of time. There are even intensive school equity grants available to offset costs. Check out our intensive school dates and locations.
