4: Identify and communicate the impact of mental health, cognitive decline, dementia and delirium to older adults, carers and care teams.

5: Understand and apply best practice models to end-of-life care.

6: Apply developing knowledge and confidence in the care of older people across a broad range of health settings.

7. Undertake assessments in case management and collaboratively work in teams.
