Get yourself prepped

Here are a few tips to help get you ready for your university Open Day.

Virtual Open Day

  • Do I need to register?

    Yep – you’ll just need to sign up to get access to the on-demand event platform. It’s super easy to do and will only take a couple of minutes.

  • Can I access Virtual Open Day from my phone and/or tablet – or do I need a desktop?

    You can access the event from any smartphone or device. Just make sure you have a strong internet connection.

  • Will I get to check out the Charles Sturt campuses?

    Absolutely! There will be a dedicated section for campus tours where you can watch recorded videos from each campus location. You can also check out guided tours of our facilities.

  • How do I enter the event?

    Head over to the event platform and log in.

    • Username: enter the email you registered with.
    • Password: enter the password you entered when registering. Passwords must meet minimum security requirements. If you enter a password that doesn’t, the system will let you know what you need to change.
    • Forgotten password? Navigate to the login page and request a password reminder.
